Welcome to Topen, a fantasy football platform. By accessing or using the Topen app (“the App”) or any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App.

- Users can join or create leagues and groups within the App.
- Each user may join or create up to 15 leagues, and private leagues are limited to 50 participants.
- You are responsible for maintaining a respectful and fair environment within the leagues and groups.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Topen or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
